Q: What if my application is rejected?
A: 90%+ approval rate. If rejected due to our error, full refund. If rejected due to your situation (which we screen for upfront), we help you reapply or find alternative country.
Q: Do I need a job offer?
A: Depends on country. Spain/Portugal: No. Netherlands/Germany: Usually yes. Switzerland: Yes. We help with job placement if needed (+$1,500 service fee).
Q: How long does it take?
A: 2-6 months average depending on country and tier. Spain: 1-3 months. Germany: 2-6 months. We provide exact timelines during consultation.
Q: Can I keep my US job?
A: Yes for remote work visas (Spain, Estonia, Portugal). For work permit countries, you need sponsorship or new job.
Q: What about taxes?
A: You'll likely owe both US taxes (as citizen) and host country taxes. Tax consultation included in Guided/Full-Service tiers. Some countries have special tax regimes (Spain's Beckham Law = 24% flat).
Q: Is this legal? What about immigration fraud?
A: 100% legal. We only help qualified applicants apply through official channels. We don't fake documents or create fake jobs. Everything is legitimate and transparent.
